Pathways to Academic & Career Exploration to Success

PACES provides educational and employment services and supports for youth and young adults in the Northern region of the state, including Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, Morris, Sussex and Warren counties. This program serves youth and young adults ages 16-21. Services may start as early as the 10th grade of high school through the end of the second year of college.

Program Goals

Assist youth in foster care with enhancing their transitional planning skills to achieve their educational goals, as well as to explore their career aspirations to both secure and maintain employment and develop experience within their desired fields.
