In addition, we conduct confidential, voluntary “Customer Satisfaction” surveys on an annual basis. We ask that, if you receive a survey from your staff contact or in the mail, please take a moment to complete and return it.
Issues raised with the Ombudsperson are thoroughly researched and followed up on. Some issues also may be referred to the Corporate Compliance or Privacy Officer as appropriate for internal review of policy and procedure. Attempts are made to resolve all problems and concerns via telephone, letter, e-mail, or face-to-face meetings.
