Supported Employment Services

Supported Employment helps those who live with mental illness locate, acquire and keep full or part-time jobs in their community. We provide a wide variety of individualized supports and career planning – an excellent match for individuals who have a strong desire and commitment to work.

Supported Employment mutually assists those with a persistent mental illness find and keep employment that best fits their needs. Supported Employment is not a job placement agency. Instead, Supported Employment encourages active participation throughout the career exploration and job search process. Jobs are developed with the individual’s needs, goals and employment preferences in mind.
