    CarePlus works collaboratively with Youth Consultation Services (YCS) to provide in-home counseling to children in the foster care system. The program services foster families that reside in Bergen, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, and Warren Counties. All referral are made by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P).

    The CarePlus Visitation, Counseling & Reunification Program provides a structured and therapeutic environment for parents involved with DCP&P to meet with children currently in out-of-home placement. This program also offers 1 hour of family therapy with provisionally licensed level clinician’s.
