    CarePlus works collaboratively with Youth Consultation Services (YCS) to provide in-home counseling to children in the foster care system. The program services foster families that reside in Bergen, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, and Warren Counties. All referral are made by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P).
