Care Plus NJ, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, provides comprehensive, recovery-focused mental health and substance abuse services. Services are offered on a voluntary outpatient basis to adults and children. A total of 23 sites, including three outpatient centers (located in Paramus, Fair Lawn, and Montclair), ten residential facilities, offices at three local hospitals, and seven community offices, make our services convenient to clients located throughout Northern New Jersey.

Care Plus NJ has been continually accredited by The Joint Commission since 1995, and we maintain contracts with the State of New Jersey, the NJ Department of Health, the NJ Department of Human Services, the NJ Department of Children and Families and numerous other public and private entities. We are licensed through the NJ Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health Services to provide adult partial care and outpatient services and to operate adult group homes. The NJ Department of Health and Senior Services has licensed Care Plus NJ as an Ambulatory Care Facility. We are also the only provider in Bergen County contracted by the State of New Jersey to offer a full range of services to adults with chronic mental illness. Our emergency psychiatric service in Bergen County ensures 24-hour accessibility.
