Perry Iasiello has over 15 years of experience in delivering, planning, and managing mental health services. He has dedicated the majority of his career to planning and implementing mental health, psychiatric rehabilitation, and substance abuse services in Northern New Jersey. He has extensive experience in managing services that treat individuals with both mental health and chemical dependency disorders.

After receiving a Masters degree from Fordham University, Perry served the mental health community for many years as the regional representative to the national Association for Ambulatory Behavioral Health Care and as the Director of Partial Care and Rehabilitation Services at Care Plus NJ. He has also participated on local and state-wide planning committees, including the Bergen County Drug Court Advisory Board and the Youth Violence Prevention Coalition. Perry is also responsible for expanding Care Plus NJ's trauma response capabilities to care for the emotional needs of the community after catastrophic events. He has also represented the agency to family, consumer, and community groups through his 14-year tenure with Care Plus NJ.
