David Ofshinsky joined Care Plus NJ, Inc. in 2004. He brings to Care Plus NJ his administrative expertise gained from over 20 years of experience working in the mental health care field and an extensive knowledge of grant and contract rules and regulations.

Dave is responsible for supervising all areas of budgeting and accounting, as well as the Information Services, Facilities Management, Human Resources, and Staff Development departments of the agency. His diverse leadership skills make him a valuable asset to the Care Plus NJ team.

Dave earned his Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Accounting from William Paterson University. In his personal time, David also serves on the Board of an agency that assists victims of domestic violence.
