Position: Screeners

Department: PESP

Hours: Full Time available-Schedule: Sunday 4p-12am, Monday 2p-10p, Tuesday 2p-10p, Wednesday 2p-10p, Friday 4p-12a

Qualifications: Master's in Counseling or Social Work plus one year mental health experience; OR BA + 3 years mental health experience one of which much be in a crisis setting;
Computer skills; Valid driver’s license, insurable under agency policy.


Job Summary: Provides hotline intervention, psychiatric assessment, therapeutic crisis intervention and when applicable on-site and outreach, provides treatment planning, crisis intervention, follow-up and linkage services.

Position: Per Diem Mental Health Workers

Department: Partial Care/Residence

Hours: Per Diem available

Qualifications: BA or BS in a Mental Health discipline (Psychology, Sociology, Social Work); 1 year experience in mental health, residential services desirable; Must drive/transport clients; Valid driver's license insurable under Agency policy; use of own vehicle.

Job Summary: Positions available in our group homes. Primary responsibility is to supervise adult mentally ill consumers in a group home setting that includes medication monitoring and ADL's.

Position: PFC Clinician

Department: Chidren's Services

Hours: Per Diem available

Qualifications: LCSW or LPC and documented knowledge of at least one (1) year work experience with children and adolescent populations. Must possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable under standard Agency automobile policy. Bi-Lingual Spanish-speaking a plus.

Job Summary: Responsible and accountable for providing in-home services to children and adolescents and their families to increase family stabilization.

Position: Program Assistants

Department: Visitation Services

Hours: Per Diem available

Qualifications: BA degree in Social Work or other behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university; case management experience and/or experience with family work and/or linkage to community resources;
Preferred: documented knowledge of childhood development and mental health issues, and at least 2 years work experience with children/families;
Preferred: Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish speaking);
Valid driver's license, insurable under agency policy.



Job Summary: Responsibilities include transporting children in out-of home placement; monitoring interactions between foster children and their biological parents to facilitate permanency planning for the children; documenting interactions; participating in interdisciplinary team meetings with service providers and team members.

Qualifications: Must have a Master's Degree in related field or MSN ;2 years experience working within a behavioral health setting ;Valid NJ RN license ;Valid NJ APN Certification ;Valid ANCC Certification ;Valid Federal DEA ;Valid CDS ;Valid CPR Certification;

Job Summary: Serves as a member of an inter-disciplinary team and fulfills the objectives of the Crossroads to Wellness program. Provides all needed support services to all enrolled consumers based upon their stated goals and desires in WRAP and Recovery Plans. Assures program goals and objectives are accomplished by fulfilling job and team responsibilities as assigned. Some duties and responsibilities include conducting psychiatric assessments, prescribing medication, and medication monitoring. Provides services on-site and off-site.

Position: Clinician

Department: Crossroads to Wellness (IOP)

Hours: Per Diem available

Qualifications: LCSW in good standing; Substance abuse certification preferred (i.e. CADC, LCADC); Computer skills; Valid driver's license, insurable under Agency policy.

Job Summary: Provide individual psychotherapy, facilitate groups, provide crisis intervention and support when necessary. Serve as the team lead in completing intake/assessments and formulating Recovery Plans. Other duties as assigned.

Position: Employment Specialist

Department: Supported Employment

Hours: Full time available (M-F 9am-4pm)

Qualifications: BA/BS or AA accepted preferably in Psych Rehab, Psychology, Social Work; Business or marketing experience helpful; Consumer driven with good interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a team and independently; Use of own vehicle; Valid driver’s license, insurable under agency policy.

Job Summary: Manage a vocational caseload to assist consumers with severe MI in all aspects of career development and with identifying, locating, and keeping employment. 60% of schedule should be with direct client activity. Provide necessary supports and counseling to consumer regarding vocational barriers and benefits/work incentives. Marketing to community programs, consumers, employers and families. Coordinate consumer services with internal and external agencies and government funding sources. Transporting consumers to interviews as needed.

Position: TEMPORARY Clinical Care Reviewer

Department: Quality Assurance

Hours: Part time/TEMP available

Qualifications: Master's level, licensed clinician is preferred OR BA level with several years of experience would be considered; Excellent documentation skills and be able to provide useful, concrete feedback on how to improve documentation, and to be able to acknowledge when documentation is done well;
Must have clinical skills to be able to discuss the appropriateness of the services being provided, as well as the continuity of care across programs; Must be able to provide feedback in a non-judgmental manner; Valid driver's license, insurable under agency policy.

Job Summary: This position serves an important role in the monitoring and improvement of client care by focusing on assisting staff in improving clinical documentation, by tracking clients’ care across multiple services and programs, and by assisting staff in meeting regulatory requirements. This method tracks clients across multiple services to assess the continuity and coordination of care. The staff member in this position will be responsible for tracking a client across services by reviewing the client’s record in each service. The review will focus on how well the documentation justifies the service provided as well as the continuity and consistency among all staff providing those services. A key element of the process is the staff interview during which the Clinical Care Analyst discusses the case with staff and provides feedback on the documentation and continuity of care.

Position: Family Support Worker

Department: Healthy Families-TIP Hudson

Hours: Full Time available

Qualifications: High School Diploma; BA degree in Social Work preferred; Experience in working with culturally diverse communities/families and the ability to be culturally sensitive and appropriate; Must demonstrate good organizational, communication, and problem solving skills; Must be accessible to clients and a team player; Must be available to work 2 evenings if clients are not available during the day; Requires use of own vehicle and a Valid Driver’s License, insurable under Agency policy.


Job Summary: Responsible for initiating and maintaining regular contact with prenatal/postnatal clients. Home visits are conducted in the home to assist in strengthening the parent-child relationship. Responsible for assisting clients in establishing goals and a plan for the accomplishments of those goals.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Experience in maintenance and general knowledge of use of tools; Valid driver’s license, insurable under Agency policy.

Job Summary: Assists in all functions associated with maintenance and care of all facilities owned and operated by Care Plus NJ, Inc. These functions shall include but will not be limited to: delivery of materials; inspection and correction of safety equipment and devices; minor repairs to facilities; cleaning; moving of equipment related to operations of facilities; and on occasion transportation of clients.
