Vision
Care Plus NJ strives to be a leader in the delivery of mental health, case-management and focused health care services. This is accomplished through the effective application of clinical and administrative cutting edge technologies. The organization is focused on quality and growth both in terms of the expansion of its continuum of clinical services and its geographic distribution system. Care Plus NJ will support staff educational goals and assist them in the pursuit of professional licenses and certifications through financial support and facilitation of relevant professional experiences. Care Plus NJ seeks partnerships with other healthcare or community organizations in pursuing service opportunities.

Care Plus NJ respects consumer choice and is committed to maintaining access for populations in need. This includes emergency/acute services, crisis outreach, in home, case management, intensive outpatient, partial hospital, residential services and lifelong support services as well such other services as may be mandated by law or established as needed by the Board of Directors.

Care Plus NJ views agency staff as its most important resource. The growth and development of individuals and the group as a team is a high priority and an ongoing focus. Care Plus NJ is committed to a management role of support and empowerment of staff.
