Homeward Bound

Homeward Bound assists DCPP referred adolescents age 15-21 out of the children’s system of care by developing independent living skills and providing case management services.

Program Goals: To empower youth by providing the tools and  resources they need to successfully transition out of the children’s  system of care and integrate into their communities as independent, self-sufficient adults.
