Homeward Bound Aftercare

Homeward Bound Aftercare serves youth 18-21 years of age who have had prior DCPP involvement, are transitioning out of the children’s system of care and are in need of independent living skills.

Program Goals: To empower youth by providing the tools and resources they need to successfully transition out of the children’s system of care and integrate into their communities as independent, self-sufficient adults.
