CarePlus recognizes the unique needs of individuals with special needs and we strive to accommodate those needs whenever possible. If you have special physical requirements (i.e., mobility, hearing, or visual impairment), or language or cultural needs, please inform our Admissions staff or the office staff of your therapist when making your first appointment. If CarePlus is not able to accommodate the special needs of a patient, we will make our best effort to locate an alternate resource for your care.
