CarePlus offers a variety of group therapy – support groups and therapeutic group sessions – that enhance the mental and physical well-being of children, teens, and parents who are struggling with social, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
Children’s Intensive Program
Ch.I.P. serves children 4-18 who have recently been hospitalized in a Children’s Crisis Intervention Service (CCIS) Unit, and their families.
Program Goals: Reduce the risk for re-hospitalization and out-of-home placement, stabilize the family unit, and empower parents to make informed decisions and advocate on behalf of their children.
