ALLIES LGBTQ SUPPORT GROUP offers weekly group meetings to support LGBTQ youth between the ages of 13-17.  This program promotes identity self-acceptance, effective communication skills, and conflict resolution through the use of self-help strategies and activities.

ANGER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM targets youth 12-18 years of age who show difficulty with anger and other impulsive behaviors. For participating youth, the 10-week curriculum improves anger management skills, increases social skills, and improves personal relationships.

FOOD, FEELINGS, AND BODY IMAGE supports girls 12-18 as they navigate psychological, cultural, and physiological pressures – and are displaying some of the traits associated with eating disorders such as frequent vomiting, excessive exercise, negative body image, and anxiety. The idea is to encourage them to find a healthy and positive balance as their minds and bodies grow, and provide appropriate intervention to help prevent progression to an eating disorder.

ON THE MEND is a support group for children – kindergarten through eighth grade – that makes use of the evidenced-based Children of Divorce Intervention Program (CODIP) model. Children are provided with support and taught age-appropriate coping skills and techniques to assist in the difficulties hastened by parental divorce and separation.

TOOLBOX FOR WELLNESS is a therapeutic group for teenage girls that follows a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Model, an evidenced based treatment modality which helps youth examine their attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors. CBT helps youth identify how their thoughts and actions can be self- defeating, teaching themselves how to replace poor coping skills with positive action.
