Child Psychiatry

The Child Psychiatry Program provides services for children aged 5 to 18 years old, residing in Bergen County and presenting with psychiatric issues.

Program Goals: To provide psychiatric assessment and treatment to increase a child’s level of functioning and quality of life. Additionally, the program goals are to maintain children in the community and prevent future hospitalization or out-of-home placement. Clinical improvement is demonstrated by symptom reduction.
